How we work · Opsi

Find the right opportunity. Build what it takes to get there.

OPSI is Eudai’s evidence-led method for turning opportunity into action. Opportunity. Proof. Strategy. Implement.

Your front door to opportunity.

Who matters, what needs to change, and where focus belongs.

Companies

Platforms and providers in security, risk, and resilience. The audience is the buyer and the market: who is worth winning, what they believe today, and what it takes to be seen clearly by them.

See services →
Risk and security teams

Leaders running risk and security inside a company. The audience is internal — executive sponsors, business lines, and the people whose behavior has to change for a program or a control to hold.

Partnerships

Investors, venture studios, agencies, and specialists. The audience is the portfolio or the shared client, and the outcome is a company that can explain itself in the next room it walks into.

Opportunity

Who matters most, and what needs to change.

The audience decision, made deliberately. Which people or groups matter most to the outcome, what they need, and where attention should be focused.

P

Proof

The evidence for what will move them.

Research against the audience just chosen. What they believe today, what gets in the way, what evidence matters, where the gaps are, and what conditions will shape success.

Strategy

The plan for creating the change.

What has to be true, what gets communicated, what gets built, who owns it, and how progress will be measured.

Implement

The work ships, and reality tests the plan.

The plan moves into practice. What happens next is measured against the intended outcome: what landed, what changed, what stalled, and what needs to be corrected.

  • Leadership reporting

Momentum, built in.

OPSI is structured, but not rigid. Opportunity, proof, strategy, and implementation inform one another as the work moves forward.

A new insight can reshape the strategy. Execution can expose a gap in the evidence. A change in audience can alter what gets built.

The method keeps the work moving without pretending progress is always linear.

Every audience applies a different test.

We work with two kinds of client — the founder building the platform and the leader running risk inside a company — and each is judged by a different room. One story has to survive whichever room you are in, which is why the audience decision comes first.

Can you show me the decision, not the intent?

Same four parts, two depths.

A full engagement

A fractional CMO mandate runs the four parts at full depth over roughly a quarter, then repeats the cycle as the market moves and the plan meets reality.

A single deliverable

A website, a sales deck, a positioning workshop. Same four parts, expedited: audience and evidence are measured in days rather than weeks. The process is compressed, not skipped.

Questions about the method.

What is the Opsi method?

Opsi is Eudai's audience-first, evidence-led method for moving an audience toward an outcome, run in four fixed parts: Opportunity, who matters most and what needs to change; Proof, the evidence for what will move them; Strategy, the plan for creating the change; and Implement, where the work ships and reality tests the plan. The audience decision comes first, and everything downstream inherits it.

Why start with audience rather than positioning?

Positioning is impossible until you know whose opinion counts. A message written before the audience is chosen has to please everyone, which is how companies end up reaching no one worth having. Choosing the audience first also decides what evidence matters, which channels are viable, and what the reporting should measure.

Can we just buy a deliverable — a website, a deck?

Yes, and plenty of engagements are exactly that. A deliverable runs the same four parts, expedited: the audience and the evidence behind it are settled in days rather than weeks, then the thing gets built. The process is compressed, never skipped, because a website built before anyone decided who it is for is the expensive kind of fast.

What if we already know our audience?

Then the first part is short, and it is a test rather than a discovery. Most companies have an audience they inherited by accident rather than chose on evidence, and confirming it takes days. Where the choice holds up, the work moves straight to sizing and gap analysis.

What does the client own at the end?

A clear priority audience and the outcome that matters, the evidence for what will move them, a plan with clear actions and accountable owners against an agreed measurement frame, work in practice, and reporting leadership can act on.

Where this method applies.

Opsi runs across all six disciplines — positioning and category narrative, website and brand, sales enablement, demand systems, events and field marketing, and fractional CMO leadership. See the disciplines, or read what the first ninety days look like in a fractional CMO engagement.
