Go-to-market that learns every week.
Most teams read their market once a quarter — too late to act.
syntony runs the loop continuously, turning what customers say and do into a clear read on what’s working and the move worth making next.
syntony/ˈsɪn·tə·nee/noun— the state of two systems tuned to the same frequency; resonance. Your go-to-market, continuously in tune with your market.
Teams read their market too late.
Most companies learn what their market really thinks once a quarter — in a board deck, a win/loss review, a research readout that lands weeks after the moment it describes. By the time the insight arrives, the decision it should have informed has already been made on a hunch.
Turning a quarter of scattered evidence into “here’s what’s working, here’s what to change” is real work — and it’s the first thing that gets dropped when a team is heads-down shipping. We’re building syntony so that work happens every week, on its own, and the distance between what your market tells you and what you do about it finally closes.
One loop. Tighter every cycle.
Each pass through the loop sharpens the read and shortens the time from evidence to decision.
Listen
Sales calls, customer interviews, win/loss notes, product usage, campaign results, and competitive moves — the inputs that normally scatter across tools.
The synthesis step.
A dashboard hands you more charts to interpret. syntony does the interpreting. Reading a quarter of scattered evidence and turning it into “here’s what’s working, here’s what to change” is the work that normally takes weeks — or never happens at all. syntony compresses it to something your team runs every week.
Five things working at once.
Planning, measurement, and customer intelligence stop living in separate documents and start moving together.
For teams that can’t afford to guess.
Wherever you sell and whoever you sell to — if winning depends on reading your market, the loop is for you.
Build with confidence.
Proven frameworks, AI-powered tools, and strategic accelerators designed to help founders and growth teams move faster without sacrificing clarity.
How syntony fits.
How does syntony work with your services?
Both ways. You can run syntony yourself, or eudai can run the loop with you as part of an engagement. Plenty of teams start with hands-on help to stand it up, then keep syntony running on their own.
Do I need to hire eudai to use it?
No. syntony is a product you can run without an engagement. Bringing in eudai is an option when a team wants senior operators driving the loop.
How is syntony different from the free tools?
The free tools — ethos, telos, kairos, and rhetor — give a team a running start on its own: a fast way from a blank page to a real draft of positioning, clarity, a launch plan, or a founder's voice. syntony is the paid engine that keeps going after that, turning ongoing signal into a live read on what's working and the move worth making next.
Who is syntony for?
Teams whose success depends on reading their market — founders, product, and go-to-market leaders. It also fits the operators and advisors who run go-to-market for other companies, since it gives them one place to see what's working across accounts.
Do you only work with security and risk companies?
No. Security, risk, and resilience are where we go deepest, and where the track record lives. We also take on B2B companies in adjacent categories when the same work applies — reading a market, naming a category, and building the go-to-market to win it.
What does it cost, and how do I get in?
syntony is in private beta with a founding cohort. Request access and we'll talk about fit and pricing.
What does syntony need to run?
The signal you already produce — sales calls, customer interviews, win/loss notes, product usage, and campaign results. syntony reads what's scattered across your tools and returns one coherent view.
