Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

Eudai, LLC ("Eudai," "we," "us"), based in Chicago, Illinois, is the controller of the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect when you visit eudai.ai or get in touch, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on this site we collect what you enter. That includes contact and Ventures inquiries (name, work email, company, stage, links you share and your message), newsletter signups (email address), career and Constellation applications (name, email, links and what you tell us about your work), and our assessment and planning tools (ethos, telos, kairos, rhetor and the category check), which collect your email and the answers you provide so we can send your result.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors find the site. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and collects information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use form submissions to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement or application, and follow up. Where you have asked us to do something, such as reply to an inquiry or consider an application, we rely on our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We send the newsletter and tool results because you asked for them, and use analytics to improve the site. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing by others.

Service providers

Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Google provides Google Analytics. We also use standard email and hosting providers to operate the site. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy practices.

International transfers

Our service providers are located in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred there, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where a provider participates in it.

Retention

We keep inquiry and application data for as long as needed to correspond with you and maintain ordinary business records, and delete it sooner on request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics cookies expire after up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and correct personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
