Protecht
The most credible voices for an enterprise risk brand were already on the payroll. We turned Protecht’s people into its marketing channel with a social campaign and hands-on LinkedIn training.

- People-led — employees activated as the brand’s voice
- Trained — hands-on LinkedIn enablement across the team
- Always-on — a social motion the team now runs itself

The challenge
Protecht had deep credibility in enterprise risk management and a team of genuine experts — most of whom were invisible in the market. The brand was doing the talking, while the experts who could actually move a risk buyer were largely under the radar on LinkedIn — strong profiles still waiting to be built out. In a category where trust is everything, that’s a channel left switched off.
The approach
This was a brief without a template, so we built one. Rather than push more content through the company page, we made the people the campaign: a people-focused social media program that put real practitioners and their points of view in front of the market.
To make it stick, we paired the campaign with hands-on LinkedIn training — profiles rewritten to carry the positioning, a clear sense of what to post and why, and the confidence to show up consistently. The goal was a team that could keep the motion running long after the engagement ended.
What we shipped
A people-focused social media campaign built around Protecht’s own experts. A LinkedIn training program covering profiles, voice, and cadence. Personal-branding support for executives and subject-matter leads. And an employee-advocacy motion the team owns and runs on its own.
The outcome
Protecht’s expertise stopped living only on the website and started showing up where buyers actually scroll — in the feeds of the people who know the category best. The brand gained a credible, human voice, and the team gained a marketing skill that compounds.
You have done a lot for so many of the team — thanks for your support.
